First you have to get to a pump, pump your gas, then grab a ticket indicating which pump you are at and then pay for gas. There currently isn't pay at the pump. So be ready to do some waiting. In terms, of snacks, this location has a lot of them and it's needed because during lunch this place gets pretty busy for people avoiding the food court. Things do get sold out and so there are times where you have to wait for that Hunt's Bros pizza or for a restock. And the lines get pretty long. The staff at the check out lines are really friendly and knowledgeable. Some are bilingual. Overall, this is one of the better AAFES gas stations that I've been to.

I was told to get my things quickly because the truck driver had to go. Upon returning to do paperwork to junk my totaled vehicle I was told No because I was talking on the phone in my car. I arrived at 15:30 I was told that they close in 5 minutes when earlier they told my partner to tell me to come before 4oclock. I also asked this person if I could remove my child's car seat base from the car and he said No, and then changed his mind 5 seconds later. I will never use this company again.

The other great service they provide is registration for the ESSO card. The ESSO card is a MUST have if you're American and want to pay for gas at US prices rather than German prices. You wouldn't BELIEVE the RIDICULOUS amount of gas they pay per liter PLUS the crazy 19% tax they're charged. The only reason why I'm giving them four stars rather than five is because they only have two registers dedicated to issuing cards. This can be an issue if there's a TON of customer's but hey, it's better to have some than none, right? The customer service is good, most cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly. I do have to say though, there is one female, older woman who made our visit not so pleasant. First she made a big ordeal about a man's transaction taking longer than expected, then she took money from the other cashier causing another long wait and messing us the register not allowing us to purchase what we needed. She made this visit very long and unnecessary. I fee that maybe they should train her more or just get her off the register, she's the cause for this review not being perfect!

Came across this Car wash with great reviews, after you go through the exterior car wash - you can pull around again for the interior car cleaning. The interior car cleaning is extremely nice. You get out and can wait in the waiting room and your car is on a conveyer belt, while each crew cleans a different part of your car. The price was definitely affordable - probably since everyone has to use these car washes. The level of clean...it would safe to say it was 'detailed' - but state side, you'd be close to paying 5x the amount what you would pay here. Definitely my go to spot to get my car cleaned...when I do get it cleaned.
