The people that answer the phone anywhere now days (and at other levels of companies) always want to just do the minimum possible, such as hand me off/transfer me to someone's else's voicemail, send a text or an email, then go back to surfing the web... they just want to text and email. After paying for the entire process and taking time to prepare, I'm told a day before my test was scheduled that there were no longer any positions available although being in contact throughout that entire time. Very unfortunate that I spent over a month dedicated to taking both life and property exams spending a lot of my own money then before I could finish testing told I couldn't move forward. Horrible business practices .
