We have been with Integra for 4 years. The first few years they were very good. You would call and someone would answer the phone, and they were helpful. They recommended Safeco for our home insurance and the rates were competitive. Fast forward to last April when Safeco bumped our Home Insurance form $2400 to $6600. Becuase we pay through our escrow account, we weren't made aware of it until our annual escrow accounting was sent in January. I tried 10 times to get through to Integra. Left several messages. No one ever called back. I ended up cancelling Safeco and going with USAA. I would expect that the insurance broker would get notification when insurance prices TRIPLE and should have received a call. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not use this broker, or it can cost you money. I have been a customer for many years, and since Daniel moved out of the country his staff and business quality have completely gone down the drain. His staff have made several mistakes over the past few years. But this last mistake is completely unacceptable. I had to file a claim due to water damage at my property 2 years ago. Safeco decided that after all the years of being a customer they would drop me due to the claim. But the worse part is that Daniel or his staff failed to contact me. They are my insurance agent and they are suppose to be representing me. So now not only will I pay a way higher premium due to the claim history, but also a higher premium due to the lack of communication from my agent and the lapse period. If I would have known I would have cut the agent out and bought Geico online. His assistant Agent Nancy has contacted me in the past by email, but this time did not think it was important enough to get a hold of me. I'm so upset, frustrated and infuriated at this situation. read more

They never answer the phone!!! Dropped my insurance due to a claim . ( isn't that what insurance is for?). Sent me an email in April telling me I had 90 days before it expired. I called and spoke with the person who apparently took over for the agent that I had for years Karrie she was awesome. this person told me they would contact me via email to let me know before anything happened with my insurance policy. I never got an email. I called and called and called like I said no one answers. It's seven days before my insurance expires and I finally get someone to say "oh the underwriters aren't gonna renew you" not an issue. I got new insurance !! It was so easy ! They have handled my insurance needs since moving to AZ over a year ago. I've worked with Jovan whom has been helpful. We use them for our car insurance, which is unique to my husband's employment and our home insurance. I have a pet peeve though which is the ONLY reason why I'm rating them 4 out of 5. When calling the office, a recording picks up. You have to know your agents extension. If not, you have to go through a company directory. Etc. I think it's imperative that customer service starts with an actual person answering the phone when you call. read more

Agent Brent Bartz, at Integra Insurance Group, was about double the price for auto insurance, compared to a quote from a different agent with the exact same insurance company and coverage. That's not supposed to happen. I could understand if it was a different insurance company, but it was the exact same company and exact same coverage and time period. My annual home and auto policies were both up for renewal in a few day, so I told him I'd continue with the home policy, but won't renew my auto and will be switching that to a different company at the renewal date. Then a couple months later I got a bill from the old auto insurance company because Brent never made the changes we talked about. So now I'm being double billed, for duplicate and unnecessary insurance, which also by the way goes against Department of Insurance regulations. read more

The mortgage broker who handled our home purchase a few years back referred me to Brad at Integra, and I'm very happy they did. My home owner's policy has been on cruise control for three years and until a recent claim ultimately resulted in our provider dropping us, I didn't realize just how great it is to have the luxury of never having to deal with the insurance companies directly. Brad researched the claim issues, dealt with the insurance company for me, and ultimately found the same coverage with a different provider at a nearly identical price point.
