He provided me with the quote for the items I designated to be taken and advised that I could add more (I knew there was going to be a lot more smaller/mid-size items) the day of the clean out and the price would be adjusted according to the truck space that was used. Noel and his team were amazing! Not only did I contact Noel a few times and reschedule a bunch, he was incredibly understanding and extremely nice. I needed an above pool ground removed along with left over kitchen items (sink, cabinets, piping) from a recent renovation. We picked a day that was convenient for us both and he estimated it would take 2 hours to complete the job. He arrived at about 8am and he was done before 9am! The team arrived earlier than expected, even after I rescheduled to a different day. They did not need to be micromanaged like most crews/contractors do. I gave instructions on what needed to be removed, and within an hour, the job was done. I am behind in writing this. Used this company back in July to remove about 350 bags of roof shingles. Noel came promptly gave estimate & we set a date. Came on time with 3 very nice young men (thankfully no day laborers). They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them. Beats having to get that awful dumpster .
