I was given a quote to seal the seam around my pool...I asked the owner if they were familiar on how to do it and he said he had a guy that can do it. I was provided a quote I agreed to it and told him I like to have it done along with my patio floor. I was told three different dates on when they would come out...Finally they send a guy out on Monday. He came out around 10::30am spoke to me for an hour then around 11:30am he tells me he has to go get the materials. I'm thinking to myself why didn't you already have the materials. He came back that same day around 3:45pm. He did about an hours worth of work and managed to seal 24 inches of the seam out of 35 linear feet..said he would come back the next day. He never showed up...called Mr. Stalworth that day and told me he look into it. The next day i figured he send someone but no one came..no phone call... nothing. I contacted them and Mr. Stalworth said to me I have to look at his schedule. I said to him I should be on his schedule since he already started the work. Bottom line here is...they under bid the job and even though I was told they would still do the job regardless if they under bid it. They didn't finish the job and they really were never serious about taking care of the customer because I wasn't handing them a fist fall of dollars. Stay away from these hacks. They claim no job to big or small they can't handle. They proved they can't handle a job period.

They have come out to service my old unit several times including the inspection after I bought the house a year ago. Two weeks ago the old unit finally gave out. These guys had me back in business with a new American Standard unit. They have always been professional at my house and at their shop. They will be the only company I will call for any issues. Glad my realtor told me about them.
