Casey did a great job today when he serviced our new home for ants and spiders. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Andy did a great job with our bait boxes for mouse extermination and treated our house for termites when we first moved into our home. He has also helped us with skunk removal and scorpion control. All the myriad of problems presented when living in the country. Through the years he has exhibited a high level of professionalism and expedience in providing help. There is no one else that we would ever use for extermination of these varmints that think they can live with us. He is simply the best. I've been calling Andy's Pest Troopers for pests control for several years now. Terminix used to spray for us but they dropped us because we had a rodent problem that required too many glue traps from them. Also they had one technician to spray in our area at the time and wasn't satisfied with the service provided. So glad we were dropped and gave Andy's Pest Troopers a try. Had a problem with squirrels in my parents attic. Realizing that squirrels are very difficult to capture, Andy was able to humanely capture the squirrels for us. He was responsive and and no more Squirrels living in the attic. read more

Please do not assume, as I did, that the mouse bait stations are pet safe. I was assured that the stations were safe. I expressed concern about my dogs being exposed. I was assured the bait stations were safe with no secondary kill. I would like to report that that bait stations worked, as I had no further mouse activity. However, within one month, my miniature dachsund apparently ate a dead mouse. She died within 12 hours, hemmoraging violently. So, yes, I believe there is a HUGE risk to your dogs. She was a beautiful, much loved pet that we no longer have in our family. It just wasn't worth it. read more

I had them do three residence ! Two of them it worked well! The third I drove up ,while the man was adding water to the tank ! His spraying was useless! When I called ! The lady was a rude ..... ! I will never use them again! ! read more

There was not a problem with the service involving killing bugs but on two different occasions they did not bill us for at least two months and then called for payment.. even though we had a card on file. I take part of the blame for not remembering to check back that first week after they sprayed (especially the second time) but I have a hard time trusting a company that cannot seem to handle payments in a timely manner. read more
