Victor is the sole reason I'm giving this company any stars in my review. I'm also a local business owner in the Taylorsville area. When I asked Victor if he could arrange a meeting with the owner to learn more about the business, he agreed. A week later, I received an email from Victor informing me that Lance, the owner, was too busy to meet with me. Determined to get to know the business, I decided to walk in and introduce myself. To my surprise, Lance agreed to meet with me and scheduled a time for me to come in and discuss it. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Lance came out and requested a rescheduling. I agreed, and a few days later, I attended the rescheduled appointment. However, Lance made me wait for 20 minutes before finally coming out and dismissing me, stating that I wasn't worth his time. He even invited another man into his office, who had just arrived, while he blew our scheduled appointment off. While I appreciate the positive aspects of their business in the Taylorsville area, particularly the efforts of some of their agents, I believe they should address the treatment of the female business owner.
