During my consultation, no one took the time to advise me on what would be best for my situation. I wanted professional guidance. Should I file a lawsuit? Should I focus on getting back into school? Even now, they still have my case, and nothing has changed. My emails are ignored, my phone calls are not returned, and I receive no updates whatsoever.
