On the morning of the appointment I received a text message with the names of the men who would be coming to my house. About 20 minutes out I received a courtesy call from one of them telling me they were about 20 minutes out. They arrived right at the appointment time originally set. They were happy, eager to work, answered questions, offered suggestions, let us watch them work and see the issues they saw in their 'scope' they put in one of the vents. They picked up after themselves, either took their shoes off in the house or covered them with dust covers - very professional and pleasant to talk to. They offer several services, one of one is a heavy plastic/rubber sheeting in the crawl space that seals the space completely - after our experience today we will for sure use them for this service.
