I got a letter from my bank who holds the mortal age on my house. With a very cryptic note implying my hazard insurance was not up to date. I called Chloe at this office, who assured me there was no interruption in coverage. I thought it was a bank hack. So I called the bank who confirmed ( after a 25 minute wait) that indeed it was from them and that I was to down load the declarations page and send it to my coverage etc etc @ etc etc. I called Chloe at State Farm, resulting the saga. "I already took care of that for you. I figured that is what was needed and it's easier to do it from the agent end." Now that is service!!! I called to get information and take somone else off my policy and add myself. The rate was too expensive so I said cancel the policy. They cancelled insurance on both my cars and my homeowners policy. Then lied to the agent about it, and he believed the lie over me. I can not trust this office with my coverage. I am taking my business to someone I can trust. read more

I just transferred my policy to this office to see if they could handle a situation to my existing homeowners policy. I received great service from the office staff yesterday. I spoke with the agent today Aaron McDermid who followed up with a phone call to me regarding my policy. My policy was corrected as I requested. I was so pleased to know that my original policy is in place and I can go on with my normal stress free life. This is the worst insurance company I've ever delt with. Coverage is useless and they deny and don't document what they say they are going to do for you. Now I'm stuck with a bill for services they told me I needed. They will look for any reason to not cover something even when you prove them wrong they will just quote policies and try to wear you out from repeating yourself. I had been wondering why my home owners and auto insurance with Allstate had been gradually going up every year. And when I would ask for an answer I just hear "that's how it is". I liked my agent in Phoenix but the vague answers I'd get and the rate increases were killing me. Literally went up over $200 a month in a 5 year period! The switch was seamless and he took care of everything. I didn't have to make one phone call to Allstate and haven't needed to call my mortgage company regarding the switch. Living in many states, I've encountered several agents while being with State Farm since I first got my license and vehicle at the age of 16. I've been lucky to have had really friendly and personable agents. This is why I've stuck with State Farm because great customer service is what really makes the stand out difference. They have always made moving from state to state a smooth transition in an already stressful time. We choose Aaron when relocating to the area because his office was close, but I liked what I read about him. I'm really glad we decided to pick him because it's been nothing, but a good experience. Not only is he a personable and genuine guy, but his staff is as well. The ladies in the office are caring, compassionate, helpful and genuinely friendly. These attributes aren't always easy to find in bigger cities. He and his amazing staff make me feel like I matter. I receive wonderful service that I had gotten used to in small towns, but with the wonderful addition of updated technology. I called and set up full coverage and glass with Ray and thought everything was good. 3 months later I get a crack in my windshield I call to get it fixed and I don't have full coverage with glass I have liability. They messed up on their end and refuse to own up to anything! They're just glad they dodged the bill! Horrible customer service! Arron doesn't care about his clients at all.
