I understand it is not this establishments policy to allow these things, but in this day and age, they have no other choice. But after I heard from a friend at sears Mall Aventura, that they were closing down that store later this year. I knew I had to find somewhere else to buy my kitchen package. They have a nicer showroom and nice staff. I ended up taking them a quote from brandsmart and they had no problem matching it. Plus they do free delivery and haul away and let me use my best buy rewards account. I didn't feel pressured at all. Since they are non Commision, I figured I would get amateurs. But craig really knew his stuff. Now I am saving up to afford a steam microwave/oven. Before you make your decision, give them a shot. Brandsmart gave me great pricing. But I am soooo glad I didn't have to drive back to hialeah and deal with those sharks. Plus the 18 months no interest let me afford the french door refrigerator I wanted!
