Don was AMAZING. We had been going through refrigeration hell for the last 5 weeks. We have a very…read moreexpensive counter depth built in Jenn Air refrigerator. It stopped cooling properly. The freezer was at 30 and the fridge at 40.. The so called authorized repair service Flamingo Appliances came out 4 times, without looking at anything they said we needed to replaced the control board for $500.00 . We did that and it wasn't the problem , then they said it was the user interface but that the part was no longer available. NOT correct ! They had changed the part number and it seems NO ONE knew this. I managed to get Jenn Air send the part by FedEx. Sadly that didn't fix the problem either. We were told it was not fixable which meant we would have to replace an $8,000 refrigerator. I decided as a last ditch effort to call an independent appliance repair man who we had used a few years ago for a dryer. Well he did something that no one at Flamingo Appliance bothered to do. He removed panels to check the coils and he checked the condenser. Well lo and behold there was a Freon leak and the coils were iced over. Don Everett from Elite came out and did the repair in less than an hour !!!! He was right on time , super courteous, fairly priced and qualified.
