We've sent it out 3 times and had to completely have it reshaped and diamonds put back in, we also had the band soldered to the ring in hopes to strengthen it. But, it bent anyways. So when I was sharing this story with Melissa as we were looking to buy a replacement set, she immediately was like "no, that shouldn't be happening." And then proceeded to let us exchange the ring and cover the extra cost. I'm amazed and so happy with the care they took to make a happy customer and fix a problem that wasn't even really theirs to begin with. We walked in with the expectation to buy out of pocket an entirely new ring set and retire our first set. I'm amazed.

It's uncommon to find a coin shop with this much real estate. It allowed them to display a very large assortment of coins for sale, both raw and certified, rare and common, and even bulk junk silver and rolls. I bought a few items I've been looking for, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. The staff were very friendly, which is also rare for a coin store. I'm adding this to my top 5 local coin shops of all time. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
