The person who I assume was the manager wouldn't even make eye contact with me from the moment I walked in the store but got on the phone with his boss and went into a back room then proceeded to text the nice woman handling my purchase updates on their discussion. I do not feel that this is how business should be done when I am a paying customer. I was offered not even half of what the gold was worth and to be honest felt disrespected. The manager never came back out even after I turned down the sketchy offer. They are a business who gives decent loans but I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. Buyer beware!!

Pawns get okay prices on pawns and repayment is not too bad if are paying cash to claim back, but otherwise they charge $10 to use a card (which is a lot more than any card company I know of charges). Was 2 days late on pawn because of bad weather (which I believe they closed early or was not open for anyway) but was charged an extra $40 for which there was no mention of that when I called. Result, I guess is okay if are using cash and find fees and prices okay. Otherwise, might be worth a drive to find another.
