They were friendly, respectful, and very careful removing my old chair and placing the new one. When they ran the chair through all of the settings on the remote, there was something just not quite right. They replaced the chair that afternoon, and all is well. They are not the cheapest in town, but their products and selection are of the highest quality and superior to anyone else's available in town.
