Called for an emergency lockout (batteries unexpectedly died on our keypad deadbolt) at 5 PM on a Saturday. Had someone to us within 90 minutes, got us in without destroying the lock or causing any damage on a pick proof lock, provided an extra key and charged only $75. A pleasant person answered the phone, took my information and location, and said that the locksmith would call when he was on his way. Our Church Building Committee sought and received bids from three lock and access control contractors in Baldwin County, Alabama for the service, repair and re-keying of all access control for our building complex. AARONS Lock Service bid was competitive and their service technicians were prepared and attended the pre-bid physical plant inspection on schedule. Their technicians, Joe and Shawn made numerous recommendations for better access control and hardware improvements. They submitted a bid and were selected by the bid committee for both quality and price. On the day scheduled for service, they showed up with three service vehicles and three technicians. Joe, Shawn and Russ worked non-stop in the summer heat until all of our buildings access control was either correctly installed, repaired, re-keyed or serviced and our access control was standardized. They cut appropriate keys onsite in sufficient numbers with access levels inscribed upon each key and even offered helpful insight into master key and common key control. We implemented each of their recommendations and this professional insight has allowed our church to assert positive control to what was a hodgepodge of keys, hardware and access permission levels. It was a pleasure to have professionals that worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done in a minimum time and avoided any inconvenience for the membership. They even offered suggestions for safer access and egress in later planned improvements. We heartily recommend Aarons Lock Service of Gulf Shores, Alabama for their prompt, professional and thorough work.
