I initially went with McCloskey because my 88-year-old, widowed mother - who lives, alone, in Mason City - has used them, and ONLY them, for many years; she highly recommended them, and she's as pleased as ever with their service, prices, products and employees. Rich explained in detail the features, etc. He was excellent to do business with, even upgraded our dryer when the original choice was damaged.
