Called on day of delivery for Slumberland to say "we forgot to place your order" leaving us without furniture for a week and rest won't come for 4 more months. I understand mistakes happen, but after multiple calls were made to try and remedy situation with horrible customer service, Slumberland told us we could have $100 store credit.... why would I risk giving my business to them again only for possibly the same thing to happen again, and $100 when we payed 3K is a slap in the face. Update: 4months later and my parents still have not received their chairs. When called representative Patrick for update, we were told there was no way to track them. Was given no other solutions to this huge professional mix up.
