They are the most expensive place in town for furniture so I bought elsewhere for a while, came to the decision that the price is worth it because the quality. They have a card you can apply for, that's how I buy there. Local delivery is free. The sales people aren't pushy and I've gone in there and have been able to browse without anyone following me! Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. As I was trying to connect it back myself I noticed quite a bit of lint, so I pulled the pipes out just to find that my new LG washer/dryer was a used model. I searched the internet and was going to go to the "big box store" in Maysville as another one is currently closed. I was looking at big dollars and a week to get it delivered and was not sure if I stopped in the store if I could get it that same day and bring it home the same day. I was actually in the lot of the "big box" and I was blessed to do one search for other appliance stores in Maysville and found McRoberts name on line and went to their website and decided to try them. This is a old time furniture and appliance store located in downtown Maysville. I walked in and there was a salesperson with an older woman and he was actually engaging her and listening to what she wanted. He said hello to me as I passed them. Then Zack, my salesperson, saw me and waved and then came over to say hello. He asked me how he could help and I told him what I needed and that I needed to pick it up today. He took me to their selection of washer and dryers that they had in stock. He was very knowledgeable and told me about a brand named Crosley which they have been carrying for 20 years and is made by GE for the market. I purchased the set which came in about $500.00 less than the ones at the box store. As they were confirming my order I was able to see that they have a lot of nice furniture pieces. I followed Zack to there warehouse and the gentlemen loaded them onto my truck and I took them home and installed them. Here are my blessings from the experience: 1. It was a blessing to have someone politely come up to me and not pressure me. 2. It was blessing that I did not have to go searching for someone to help me. I did not have to call the store from inside the store to tell them I was at the counter looking for help. 3. I was blessed that an employee actually knew their products and the benefits 4. I was blessed that the pricing was great 5. I was blessed to pick up both units in stock and get them home and installed the same day. Thank you McRoberts for my purchase. I would recommend them.
