They actually listened when I said I was looking for a gift idea!! We had the opportunity to look around the store and ask any questions. Even though the goal wasn't to find an engagement ring that day, I did fall in love with one that my (now) finance ended up getting for me! Every time I need to get my ring cleaned or polished I have the best confidence in leaving my ring in their care and coming to pick it up later. In addition to my ring, I have other jewelery items from Murphy's and I love each and every piece I own. I found out that he is the manager of the store or at least of the store in the back where Stihl equipment is for sale and other items. He brought my chainsaw out without the guard. I said, "Where is my guard?" He went in the back to find it, but I think he brought out one to fit mine, as mine was cleaner. I said, "You didn't clean my saw." He said, "Did u check that on the slip? " I don't know if that question was even on the slip. I also asked if you sharpened the blade. He said, "Did u tell us that?" I thought when you brought in your saw to be gone over those things would be included. There was nothing listed on any slip as to what was done to the saw. He was very flippant with me and said, "Do you want me to clean your car?" Then he said I'm gonna treat you like a queen and clean your saw. " " I said that wasn't necessary." He took it in the back and wiped it down, which didn't clean it at all. He was just being smart with me, and not in a nice way. He did eventually tell me what was done. I would have rather had that on some type of paperwork. I asked if the man who repaired it was in. He was not. I called Ace Hardware up and spoke to a lovely woman who said the repair man would be in on Monday. I said I'd call then to see if I could get my original guard back. As far as the manager Tim is concerned, he needs some lessons in customer service. If he was working for me, he'd be fired!

Cost me $400 in materials and my own labor to fix the damage. Called Stephanie at Kuzan's to have someone come out to repair the damage Dennis did to my lawn. She told me she would check with him and call back. 6 weeks later no response so contacted the Better Business Bureau. Kuzan's responded that he didn't know he damaged our flower bed even though I showed him it and have pictures of all the damage he did to our property. RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can away from this sham company. They are ignorant too. Very arrogant when I ordered it and while I was in the middle of paying for the shed, which was over 2k, they took care of another customer who interrupted. I would build a shed with twigs before buying one from them. And the floor is already chipping and door doesn't close right.

Delrae and her team are effecting a positive environment to conduct business, and some previous staff have also been very professional in the length of time I have rented from them. I was able to successfully pay off two agreements already, one being six months same as cash and the other being a full term rental that is now paid off. I am proud to be the owner of my items and it is only people that want to cheat and lie or pay NOTHING for their items that is the reason they don't like RAC, when their items get taken away. When life happens and people can't pay, all you gotta do is call them or show up and they will work with you... for a long time... just don't take advantage of it and you'll be able to own your items.

Dropped it off and was told they would call me within a week or so. Since the darn thing has been dead since last year I told the guy "no rush". Exactly 6 days later I got a call that my lawn mower was fixed and now working. I cringed and asked the fatal question: "how much"? (I had taken my snowblower to a different place 2 years ago and was told that the entire carburator had been replaced for a minor fee of over $450 which was just a bit less of how much I had paid for the whole snowblower to begin with on sale. After selling a kidney I was able to pay and get my blower back. I later found out that the carburator had not been changed since the original was still happily attached to the damn blower). I was expecting a similar price with a similar fairy tale but the guy that called me from Miller's said "100 bucks. Just had to clean the heck out of the carburator and lines but the baby is purring like new now". I thought my hearing had finally given up on me and even brought a few extra bucks with me but when I got there to pick up my baby the guy actually only charged me $90. Taxes and all that other crap included. I've chiseled their business name, address and phone number in stone in my back yard so if any of my other yard equipment dies, I'm taking it straight here. They also service snowblowers which gave me flank pain and I tried kicking myself a few times for not bringing my stuff here in the first place. They don't accept credit cards but take checks and cash. For these low prices I'll pay them in gold next time, no questions asked. Highly recommend this business and will definitely come here again.

I keep showing up at 8 and 8:30PM for deli cuts and they are closed 30-60 minutes early. The person…read morebehind the counter tells me they closed early because they were short staffed. I wish my job let me close early when we're short staffed. Recently, I showed up just before 8 and the large man with a beard, ponytail, and no beard net or nametag sighed when he saw me before angrily asking what I wanted. I told him my order of cheese before he barked back that he can't do cheese because he's trying to break down his cheese slicer for the night, not unless I'm okay with him using the meat slicer for it, which I was not okay with because of certain food allergies I and my family have. He sighed again and angrily said, "fine, but you'll have to wait while I clean it." I agreed and he then proceeded to clean it before slicing my cheese. My family and I consistently get this kind of rude behavior from the deli staff and it's completely unwarranted with how friendly we try to be to them, but it seems like any customer is a bother to them. The one exception is a woman who consistently is pleasant and always asks about the favorite part of my day. She's always pleasant and helpful. Then there is the large woman in the alcohol section who is always quite rude as well and the fact that about half of the cashiers will not greet you or even acknowledge you as they checkout your groceries. Finally, a lot of the food in the store is not rotating properly and I often find expired food and have to sift through stuff to find one that's not expired, their brand of nacho chips for example are almost always poorly rotated with expired bags out. I don't know what kind of standards Weiss has for hiring but, at least this store seems to go for the laziest and rudest they can find.
