I dropped my Stihl Chainsaw to be gone over approximately 2 weeks ago. I received a call to pick it…read moreup and went today, 5/11/2024. The man who waited on me, whose name is Tim, was quite rude. I found out that he is the manager of the store or at least of the store in the back where Stihl equipment is for sale and other items. He brought my chainsaw out without the guard. I said, "Where is my guard?" He went in the back to find it, but I think he brought out one to fit mine, as mine was cleaner. I said, "You didn't clean my saw." He said, "Did u check that on the slip? " I don't know if that question was even on the slip. I also asked if you sharpened the blade. He said, "Did u tell us that?" I thought when you brought in your saw to be gone over those things would be included. There was nothing listed on any slip as to what was done to the saw. He was very flippant with me and said, "Do you want me to clean your car?" Then he said I'm gonna treat you like a queen and clean your saw. " " I said that wasn't necessary." He took it in the back and wiped it down, which didn't clean it at all. He was just being smart with me, and not in a nice way. He did eventually tell me what was done. I would have rather had that on some type of paperwork. I asked if the man who repaired it was in. He was not. I called Ace Hardware up and spoke to a lovely woman who said the repair man would be in on Monday. I said I'd call then to see if I could get my original guard back. As far as the manager Tim is concerned, he needs some lessons in customer service. If he was working for me, he'd be fired!

Ace advertisement seemed to have been a rare sighting when the price was wrong . 15 minutes later its confirmation was completed by manager WHO WAS ANNOYED!! Today making three keys required extraordinary patience. Paying extra for better service is a customers choice. Paying more and getting less is idiotic. Weaver's has passed the point of no return. I won't be shopping here moving ahead . The value is lost , service is lacking , inventory is scarce. Maybe if your Amish and you travel by buggy this is the only game in town. The technician who came out pooh-poohed our concerns, though the visit was free. The worst thing is that the controls appear to be AI, and the dishwasher chooses its own setting every time the door is touched slightly, and the artificial "intelligence" doesn't even "set" the same running time or go with my default setting. In short, it's like having an appliance that is demonically possessed, and I have a pretty good guess about the meanings of the GD, SH, and AF in the appliance code. Martin stopped carrying this horrible model months ago, but they have not reached out to the customers who bought one. I will never buy a Frigidaire product or shop at Martin's again!
