Louis came out and handled the whole job quickly and professionally. This job required the top, front, and door be removed, as well as the dryer drum in order to get at the orifice and regulator. Did I mention this is a one piece stacked "tower" unit? Louis never visibly flinched when he saw what was involved. Again, quickly accomplished, professionally handled, just an excellent experience all the way around. Yes, they do have a laundry service. The best part of my laundry day is the MRS. Packman two-person game.

Went in to get a special order recently and the employee told me I had to go in the back room and get it myself. Went in another time and asked where something was that I couldn't find, and the employee behind the counter on her phone just took my phone and looked at what I was looking for and acted like she was doing me a favor by telling me what aisle it is. Then when you check out the rude employee doesn't even say a word to you, and immediately leans back up against the counter so she can play on her phone.

Had an issue with my order that was broken into different packages and the lady that was on the…read moreline with me was very rude, brief and promptly hung up on me twice. She's a mid aged sounding woman and then proceeded to scold me when I picked them up. Terrible customer service and she shouldn't be anywhere in customer service with that kind of attitude. I had called a separate time to explain the situation and got a young lady who was polite, kind and understanding with me and said she would handle that. She should take notes from her. I did not appreciate her tone, lacking work ethic and behavior. Unacceptable and disrespectful.
