He told me last summer that it was bad concrete & the concrete company would replace 4 squares out of 12 that are falling apart. I told him that was not acceptable. I need it all fixed. It's falling apart & crumbling. Then wintertime came. And was pushed off to this year & then once a month I would call to touch base with him. I would want him to come over & talk to me face-to-face, & then for the last 2 months, he's not answered any phone calls, any text messages, no effort whatsoever to Talk with me about the progress thats going to happen this year. And then my son calls him. And he answered and starting to yell at him with such foul language and tell him that I didn't have to respond to her every call or her every message. A good business owner would want To keep in contact. When the work that was done is falling apart and to try to make that person feel better about it getting resolved. He's making no effort whatsoever to even do this. Just strictly ignoring all my ways of contacting him. And all of this is happening on the heels of 3 years ago, my husband passed away. I always feared that somebody would find me as an easy target to take my money, do a bad job and his actions right now are proving that to be true, I don't understand why he would ignore me & Help me understand when this is going to be resolved & then yell at somebody on my behalf that they tried to reach out to him to see if he was ignoring me & guess what? He answered the phone for my son. but he never answers it for me. That is not good business at all. I'm at a total loss at why People can be like that to people. I have done nothing but be patient, and understanding for things that happen in his life. That caused the job to take longer. And then this is how I'm treated, I don't understand it's just wrong.
