Sometimes I get there later and wait a little longer, but that's on me. The nurses are kind and efficient. I gather from some other reviews this hasn't been everyone's experience, but i've been unenthused by treatment elsewhere. Ultimately I feel there are no "perfect fits" in mental health. I will say that my state of mind has improved GREATLY since receiving treatment here. I would highly recommend Dr Flanigin.

When I tried to return the call no one knew anything about my call(guess they can't look at each other's files at the front desk- bad business organization)and two days later I still don't have an appointment they don't call me I have to call them and nothing new has come up. They keep telling me they are looking for my file but they can't find anything but have two people looking (bunch of bs!) If your practice fails the reasons above are why. Get organized! Recently when I called to schedule my next monthly appointment, I was told that I had voluntarily left the clinic and would need to speak to the Dr. or nurse practitioner to be reinstated. This was obviously a surprise to me as I was committed to the treatment program. After a week of no return calls I called back to check on the progress, as I grew more concerned about the situation. I was told that the Doctors would not even speak to me, and that I had told the receptionist that I would "receive treatment elsewhere," which is simply not true given the circumstances. In summary, my treatment was denied due to receptionist's opinion, misinterpretation, or blatant lie. Haas Psychiatric is clearly NOT committed to treating their patients. Seek help elsewhere
