I will be 10 years clear this June 2026 thanks to Dr. Dixon and his compassion. He knew who to contact, exactly who I needed, and took the appropriate action when I called him. I will always trust him with my life, always. One of my main requirements for any medical professional in my life, human or animal, is that they be able and willing to listen. They don't have to agree but they do have to listen. Dr. Dixon is the very best human doctor I've met at listening to me. He actively listens and responds clearly and kindly. After being sick for over a year I switch FP's to Dr. Roberts through a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Roberts probably saved my life. He my the first diagnosis or concern that I had cancer. At age 35 it was a long shot but based on all the information he gathered from me and testing he set me up the next day with a specialist. I was diagnosed 2 days later and had tumor removal a week later. It was a roller coaster ride but I owe so much to this great Doctor. He is one of the few Doctors out there that go the extra mile and ask tons of questions to get a full picture of what is going one. He's staff is just as great! Ok- the directory that had his current reviews that were very positive said he was accepting patients. At least a bit more of a friendly receptionist might have given me reason to call back in the future or if you are taking contact information for a waiting list for in the future that would be great. But nothing other than that was said. Pretty disappointed at that experience and will not return to inquire any further information.

They just want money. I would never recommend this Dr. or his facility. We had the same pediatrician for 11 years back in my old state and never once had a problem. Not once. I LOVED them, if only there were more pediatricians and nurses that cared like they did. It's sad you have to search and search to find a good Dr that doesn't just want your money and who will actually TREAT a sick child. Definitely look elsewhere for a GOOD AND CARING pediatrician. The 5 stars on google I am sure are fake/paid reviews. I will be taking my children to a *real* pediatrician who cares about his patients, and who hires caring staff who aren't rude every time you walk in the door. Even my 11 year old heard her being rude to an elderly lady who walked in for an appointment and said she felt bad for the elderly lady. Sad. They decided to refuse to refill when I was going on vacation and was told if I had issues that I should go to an ER .... This same situation played out with my wife before she switched. Another time I asked for newer medications that worked faster than others in the past.... I was basically accused of being a pill seeker. I understand there is a shortage of doctors but if you are willing to take your life into your own hands.. this is the place for you !
