Service date 03.13.2025 - This company was simply amazing. I managed to watch as the seamlessly and meticulously downed the neighbor's trees and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. That was what convinced us to hire them. We hired them to take down 2 huge white pines next to the house. Not only did Wes communicate the best time based on weather, but he also showed up promptly. The team even offered to trim up the dead branches off a nearby tree. Other companies quoted me nearly double what AAW charged me for a day of work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Wes and his crew did an amazing job! Very talented and knowledgeable even with the toughest jobs. Our home has many large pine trees that have created problems. One in particular we had removed by AAW was a 90-100' white pine that was less than a foot away from the corner of our garage. It needed to be taken down before our garage got damaged. Wes and his team dropped the tree with no problems at all. They removed it and cleaned up our front yard before leaving. In and out within a few hours and we weren't left with any cleanup. We have used AAW in past with no issues but that changed today. We had major shoreline repair project ongoing and due to urgency AAW promised team would arrive Sunday to remove required trees. Sunday morning we got a text that they could not come and would arrive Thursday instead. We responded that shoreline crew needed work done before then but heard nothing... Tuesday morning the bulldozers arrived and still no response from AAW. Complete mess and required more emergency phone calls to bring in a new company at last minute. Still no phone call or explanation from AAW - obviously they dont need the business so I would shop elsewhere. . read more
