UPDATE: I've also now done kickboxing and Insanity (once both in a row). Insanity is super challenging but you can still go at your own pace. The kickboxing class was great (I've done lots) and you can get one on one help when/if you need it. I normally do regular boxing, so I needed extra help with my kicks. Bought a 10 pack for $120. However, I decided to not become a full time member for a few reasons.. 1, when you buy classes or a groupon, there is a limited amount of time you can use your classes before they expire. If you don't use all the classes you purchased, you lose them. 2, you have to sign up at least 1/2 hour before class & if you cancel within that time frame, they will charge you for a late cancel. 3, I signed up for a few classes, & a half hour before class, I was told I was the only one who signed up and there wouldn't be a class. I have 2 small children so it is difficult for me to sign up ahead of time, get a babysitter, & then have class cancelled and I wind up not going at all. This is an amazing workout however in a positive atmosphere! If the above 3 don't really bother you then you should definitely go esp because it's much cheaper than many other places.
