This place felt right from day one, I remember crying of the joy and how I fell in love with the views and the Chatt River. Looking for a mobile notary around an area I'm not familiar with, it went much smoother than i thought. Went to Opelika's Discussion page on Facebook, and also Googled in search for one. immediately I had a response from several group members about Rhonda. I also saw her as an option on Yelp but decided to reach out to a few (just in case). On such short notice, Rhonda was very fast at replying with smooth communication. She has great knowledge of her job and even walked me through how it was going to be executed. She asked me great questions and provided detailed information. She was early, prepared and with an awesome attitude. Despite encountering a brief 1-hour downpour due to Hurricane Francine, we remained resolute in our decision to hold the ceremony outdoors, and our perseverance was rewarded with a memorable experience. Rhonda exhibited exceptional flexibility in ensuring the success of my marriage certificate. Despite moving around from outside to inside, (to make sure papers don't get wet) her meticulous attention to detail assuring everything was still filled properly made an impact at our wedding ceremony. She executed the job, and thank you to her, we officially got married in Valley, AL. Rhonda is committed, and I can't thank her enough for her to travel to my location and complete one of the most important things of a wedding. I am profoundly grateful for the exemplary service and professionalism demonstrated. Her receptive approach, and valuable knowledge about marrying couples coming out of state, surpassed our expectations. I never have to wait long to get assistance, and the individuals working there are always efficient, kind, friendly, and competent. I appreciate having a store so close to home where I can always get such great service.

I genuinely like this store & I'm there frequently. Their employees are great with 1 exception…read moretoday. I had 6 boxes & they were quite heavy. When I walked in only 1 customer was at the desk. I asked where could I put my boxes down. Apparently asking that question ticked off the employee, Deyona I was a bit taken aback by her reply, look on her face & the tone "I'll be with you in a minute.' The employee next to her who was helping another customer very politely said "we don't talk to our customers that way." and she proceeded to clear the counter off. That employee did not have name tag on or I'd thank her here. Deyona processed all my orders but with every label she slapped it on & threw packages towards the back. No employee there has ever acted that way. I would normally give this store 5 stars but today it's a 2/3. I hope this issue gets addressed.
