Booked a private lesson for my photo-curious daughter with Jamie, and she was fantastic. Like most…read moreteens today, my daughter has only really used her iPhone to take photos, but got very interested in real cameras after a fashion internship. Jamie arrived with her Canon DSLR and a full complement of lenses, and proceeded to show my daughter the difference between the lenses, what you achieve by using them, and how to operate a real camera that has a world of settings and possibilities. Jamie was friendly, gregarious, open and welcoming, and she held my daughter's attention for the full 2 hours of the lesson. Her website says she also holds group lessons, and I have to imagine those would be great as well. I didn't use Jamie's services as a photographer, so I can't really speak to her work as such, but based on our experience with her, Jamie will be my first call when I do need a photographer -- I have to imagine she handles a crowd well, and maneuvers adeptly through an event... hearing what she said to my daughter about what to shoot, when and how, I trust her instincts and I'm certain her work will be superior.

Me the customer, I felt guilty for having written a bad review. The hiring process went well, very pleasant. We had a great experience during our engagement shoot. During the wedding, they (Tony, Anthony and videographer) arrived on time. We actually had fun with them, they were very professional. They took very nice pictures. Not the best compared to some of my friends' wedding pictures, but they were good. They called us in to select the pictures and album. Very pleasant, they had wine and cheese for us. It was great. Then, 2 months, then 5. Then 7, then 9 months of waiting and calling. I was very upset and added the business on yelp and gave them their very first review, not a great one. They saw it, Tony called my husband. After that review, we finally got our product, 11.5 months after our wedding. That's when I thought maybe I was being too harsh and oh boy, how I wish I hadn't deleted it. To their credit, The album was beautiful. Video, the quality wasn't great but it still captured our memories and they did a decent job. I am very sorry that so many people do not have their memories. Very disappointing. I guess, we got extremely lucky to actually having gotten the product that we paid for. I guess they are no longer in business..very sad for all. Hope they never do this again to other people. This is people's lives and most wonderful memories.
