The hospitality and little touches were unreal. To get here it's a bit confusing, I followed google maps and we walked up a hill and found it. Uber got lost, but dropped us off close enough. Upon checking in you are greeted by a friendly face(ours was laurei) who takes you in and shows you the common dining room where you have your own table, labeled by your room name. Every bubble is a different theme and all of your items follow that theme so you know what's yours. You are also given a telescope to stargaze with, and a robe for each of you to wear around the area. Luxury. In the common room there is a fridge and a snack section, take what you want and mark it on the paper labeled with your room name. Next you are shown the jacuzzi and you sign up for the 30 min slot you want. We went late at night--The jacuzzi was heaven. Felt great in the cold weather. Then you are taken to your bubble. The bubble space is large and quite private, because of the natural landscape of trees. If you want to hunt for other people's bubbles you can but that's mean, and creepy. Our bubble space had a large seating chair for 2, a table for 2, and a comfy swing bench! I've read other reviews that say there is nothing to do. This entirely depends on your company. My husband and I enjoyed nature, played music, talked, ate dinner(in our bubble space, though the common dining area and your own table are very nice), we drank wine, stargazed, and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The bubble itself is transparent so the sun can be harsh but the heater/cooler in the room worked well. The blanket is also heated and you can control the temperature so that kept me warm all night. Very very comfortable. We had to leave super early in the morning so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast but Laurei was very kind to find and leave us takeaway breakfast at our table! She also scheduled us a taxi in advance and it arrived on time. 10/10, 5/5, would recommend.

E we had five course menu with three amuse bouché and two individual boules of bread with seaweed butter, hm m I said seaweed butter--and yes it was totally the bomb. Everything was done perfectly--and I don't believe in so called "perfection." But this meal was everything you'd aspire for. A perfect little piece of fish soaked only in salt and sugar. Wtf? Right? How good could that possibly be? As our server narrated the pre set menu, everything sounded lackluster and boring, but OMG--so NOT! In just a few morsels and bites per course, my mouth was flooded with intensity the likes of which I've never known. And yes, not to show off, but I've been to The French Laundry, Atelier Crenn and ... buy this, please please take my word for it: if you're in this area, please go. For five courses, it's a bit over a hundred bucks and a bargain. You can also get eight courses, which I regret not getting. The service is incredible--they genuinely care whether you like it or not, they are curious about your opinions. And they go was waaaay out of their way to explain what each course is, the chef's prices in making it, etc. apparently, the chef draws from inspiration the freshest local ingredients in season... and wait for it... his mood of the day. On the evening we went, his mood was "playful," and as an amuse bouchée, we got foie gras flan. Divine. Decadent. Also, we got oyster gelee and concentrated foie grad gelatin. Unforgettable. Btw, they are also open for lunch!
