For us, there was a single delicious appetizer, a complex brown lentil and haddock salad with a wonderful red lentil sauce. We could choose three or four courses with one or two choices from their list of three mains, a fish dish, Guinea fowl and a top cut of Carmargue beef. We had the last two which wet both excellent.
