Had two dogs in recently. On dropping dogs off owner agreed time to collect and said someone was present the whole time and it would not be a problem. The day of collection received a text from the owner that the collection time wasn't possible. On ringing him to confirm owner was very aggressive and defensive. He stated ''I have a life and things to be doing and the time of collection will have to suit me" Not very customer services orientated. When we arrived at the agreed collection time no one was present and had to wait half hour. We then saw the dogs had no food or water present, the water had being spilled and not renewed. The dogs were so hungry when we got home, have never seen the like of it. We dropped on Saturday morning and collected Sunday morning-40 euro for 2 dogs for 1 night, SO OBVIOUSLY INTERESTED IN THE MONEY ONLY!...... Disgusting Service. wouldn't have minded paying this premium rate if the service was acceptable. My advice- Go elsewhere, there are plenty more superior services. read more
