Now they have refused to honor my warranty and it's the winter and the furnace is not working. That was not even the start of it...the initial install of my appliances was done incorrectly, causing an odor to spread throughout my home. It cost me a great deal out of pocket to identify and then fix the issue and they still charged me 200.00 and it was all their error from the very beginning! They are scammers! Less than 3 weeks later, the $323 part they put in burned out, they came and replaced it again (bill again was over $500). The second time they came, they found the original problem that caused the part to go bad in the first place. Now they are trying to tell me the less than 3 week old, $323, part is not under warranty. After much discussion, they finally said they would split the cost of the part with us. They said since the manufacturer would not warranty the part, that they couldn't just "eat" the cost. I guess they feel an elderly couple on a fixed income (social security) can better "eat" the cost than a large company!!!!

Chris and crew came back out on Sept 16th and they removed all dead, broken, hanging branches, canopy adjustments, ice and wind load reduction on seven elm trees. We had them trim two different trees in the back of our property along with a pine tree trimmed off of our shed. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I am absolutely thrilled with My Lawn's work. My trees look so good! We had been looking for someone to do our trees for quite sometime.
