The technician that comes to the house is very nice. However, dealing with the billing department is a nightmare. We paid over $500 for them to come repair our AC. Less than 3 weeks later, the $323 part they put in burned out, they came and replaced it again (bill again was over $500). The second time they came, they found the original problem that caused the part to go bad in the first place. Now they are trying to tell me the less than 3 week old, $323, part is not under warranty. After much discussion, they finally said they would split the cost of the part with us. They said since the manufacturer would not warranty the part, that they couldn't just "eat" the cost. I guess they feel an elderly couple on a fixed income (social security) can better "eat" the cost than a large company!!!! read more
