My husband does photography as a hobby and is very particular about style and technique, so I thought he would have a hard time being in love with any photographer. However, as soon as we saw her natural, bright and unposed style, we knew that we had to have her capture our day. I think that the photos speak for themselves, but what you can't see is probably most important - amazing customer service. From the time that I inquired about her availability all the way to delivering pictures, Veronica was very responsive and thorough. I've always felt welcome to ask questions, re-arrange the timeline, add extra time and so on. We conversed and processed all paperwork/payments online which is 100% my preferred method of communications (hi, millenial here). On the wedding day, having Veronica and her assistant there really helped me relax and enjoy the wedding instead of fretting about the timeline. She worked so well with the other vendors and my friends and family loved her too :) When my bustle broke, she even teamed up with my coordinator to fix it quickly and get me back to the party. Amazing attention and continued support!…read more My family recently visited Santa Cruz on vacation and we booked Maggie to shoot my daughter's senior photos. Maggie responded promptly, was VERY resonsable priced, and my daughter loved the fact she had fur babies at home. We made arrangements to meet, splitting our time between the redwoods and the coast. Maggie knew it was important to my daughter to have both featured in her photos. Both locations were amazing, but the coast spot was beyond! And even though our time went WAY beyond our orignial contract, Maggie and her husband took their time and really made the experience so amazing for my daughter. She was so happy and relaxed, and that really showed in the photos. When we saw the photos, we were all blown away, Maggie caught the personality of my daughter and showed just how beautiful she is. We had an absolute BLAST working with Amber and felt totally at ease on such a high stress Wedding Day. I felt so comfortable with her and literally felt like I had been friends with her for years. Amber is super professional but still FUN, and she was constantly in communication with us regarding when to expect the turnaround for our photos. I would a million percent choose Amber again to document our big milestones and I would recommend everyone else to do so too.
