When the manager said that wouldn't be possible to mail anything I offered to have a friend who lived in the area visit the store to pick up a refund and a that was not an option due to the strict policy. The box was never "sealed", but if the manager could read I had said it had a S&B official seal on the box. What a pathetic attempt to discredit an accurate review and a they continue to take no accountability for their employees. Just more reasons no one should visit this store. I'm sorry that you had more rude customers come into your store, but I was not one of them. I've been to this store a total of one time, but based on how this store interacts with customers and deals business I'm not surprised you had more rude customers come into complain. Maybe you should try honesty and accountability and this would happen less. ‍
