As a side note, I also called Liberty Mutual and was not only put off by the sleazy insurance salesman, but they quoted me almost $900 more than Dempsey!

I then got the run around from Robert which led to multiple attempts to get the needed documentation. The 2nd time I needed a document adjusted I again did not get a response for several days. I called him, was told to resend him the email and he would get back to me the next day when he was in the office. I was very skeptical after my 1st experience with him. He promised me he would be in the office the following day, handle the document change and get back to me. After not hearing from him I called, Carol answered and did her best to help me because it seems Robert is not available and this is a common theme with this guy being absent. I find this highly unprofessional since I cannot do business until I have the proper insurance documents to enter a facility and work with a client. My business is dependent on someone that conducts business in an unprofessional and dishonest manner.

I said, I pay you, I have a note that says I hit your car with a name and number. After some back and forth, i was put through to file my claim with them. The following day, I called, ask to speak to the owner, his name is Josh, atleast that is the name they gave me. As I sit and write this review of them, I have not heard from Josh. I cannot fathom that my own insurance company told me to go through another insurance company. I will also be writing to Safety Insurace, about my ordeal at Ironside. I'm taking my 4k worth of policies and going else where. Imagine, my own insurance company telling me to claim elsewhere........what a waste of paying them for years.
