Our first ABC Premium Tasting Experience was enjoyable. The event took place during normal business hours and was seamless. The helpful and inviting staff at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits, along with the friendly and knowledgeable pourers, made the experience memorable. The numbered tables allowed for free sipping and exploring the store. A pamphlet provided a list of offerings for scoring and tracking favorites to purchase. It was an excellent opportunity to try a new local event that offered a wide variety of wines and spirits to sample, along with snacks and the chance to get your steps in. I was curious to see if they told THC drinks here and they do. The guy said they started selling them a week prior. They have a great cheese section and a guy who was offering tastings. I took home a small peanut butter and jelly whiskey after my tasting. The workers here are very friendly and helpful. read more

I like this store for the ease of ordering online and finding what you want. And this store is gorgeous. However, the staff here is something to be desired. Have you ever watched the movie "Meet the Parents" where Focker is at the airport and tries to board and its not his boarding group yet, but there is literally NO one else in the airport but him and the employee gives him a fake smile and tells him its not his turn. So he goes back and stands and a few seconds later she calls his boarding group? Dumb. Well this happened to me. I ordered something online and was simply there to pick it up. There was a line that said online orders and a line for regular. I got right up to the counter and the girl told me I had to wait in line. I said I just have an online order. She stared at me. So I got in the line with one other person and ended up walking right back to her. She didn't wait on anyone between me and me. But I did a fun little run around to get there. ABC is always changing and evolving. That is almost always a good thing. They keep up with the current trends and stock what those trends will keep moving off the shelves. They have a decent inventory of wine, spirits and beer. The smaller building size makes it a much more intimate shopping experience compared to being in a totally large store (did you catch that subtle reference?). For the most part the staff is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. This helps out greatly when you know what you want but don't know what fits the need. The only down side is that sometimes old favorites go away over time. Then I have to find another source for them. Their wine tasting events are fantastic and a great opportunity to try many new items without committing to an entire bottle. This provides an opportunity to find a new favorite. Overall I have found them to be a solid resource over the years. read more

Walked into the store with my family. We were told by a short man with glasses that all needed to be carded in order to purchase. One of my daughters didn't have her ID on hand so he refuse to sell to us. He even told my husband that if he came in alone on a different day he would not sell to him until he saw all ID's. ABC Fine Wine & Spirits at 3300 N John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Just refuse to sell to products, because they accused me of buying for a minor. Please avoid shopping at this location. I always have my nephew with me and have been in this location several times when he been with me. They have never refused, accused, or asked for my nephew ID. When I have addressed this issue to them they then said they aren't allowed to sell to someone with a minor, because that the law. So I asked to you stop parents with kids. Or does Publix not sell wine to parents with kids? I let them know that I can go to Target or Walmart and by wine and they won't accuse me of doing something illegal. Please avoid this location and take your business elsewhere. read more

worst rude service!! asking for IDs to everybody! if Im with my under age son what am i supposed to do leave him unattended on the car or outside the store; that makes no sense! rude service since walked in! This used to be my mom and my usual spot. I didn't bring my purse one day but came to help her carry salsa due to her being in serious pain. I was buying anything and have been told by manager before that if the person wasn't buying anything I was fine to be in the store... even though I'm 21. I was holding salsa in my hand and told them if it was a problem I can leave the store... so I did. A few seconds later my mom came out saying they won't sell her anything because I was with her and touched their product. WHEN I WASNT BUYING ANYTHING. I walked in and was greeted by an associate to my left, who was sampling out some unique liquor features. I tried an horchata liquor and it was delicious on the rocks. I began making my way towards the rum as my goal was to make mojitos or caipirinhas for my third wedding anniversary. I was greeted by two other associates at different times, someone was always trying to help. Another young lady began to make suggestions for my mojitos using personal experience and was just a delight. I found the store to be very clean and well organized. The wine was organized by region with a decent amount of sales. I found a great Argentinian Malbec under $20 which was sort of awesome! Liquor wise, it was in a similar configuration. Their staff was very knowledgable about their product. I had a few questions about a vodka and they were able to tell me a lot about the choices. Even teach me about the process of making it, which I did not know much about. When checking out, Rhonda, the cashier was incredibly nice. She took the time to set me up with a free rewards card and explained what the card does. She had a cherry disposition, which is always appreciated. read more

This is my regular neighborhood ABC. They recently remodeled the store so I'm still working on finding where they put things! The selection is great. Lots of wines, beers and liquors; They also have cigars and food and snack selection. Plus wine tasting station...yes please! I would love to give the store a five star but unfortunately I can't. Jonathan, who claims to be a manager has absolutely no customer service etiquette. While picking up a large order for my upcoming wedding, Jonathan was very rude as soon as we walked in. I explained to him that we were picking up an order that we had placed a week before with Mayra who I must say, was lovely, knowledgeable, patient, and very informative about the whole process of ordering ahead of time and picking up the items as they arrived. Due to Jonathan's rude and unprofessional behavior I was not able to purchase my order. The only request I made while speaking to Jonathan was asking for a different clerk for my checkout experience. I am stressed out enough and did not expect my checkout experience to my stressful wedding planning. I am absolutely shocked that someone like Jonathan would be given the opportunity to show his subordinates how to treat customers. I hope a reputable establishment such as ABC would rethink their decision of placing Jonathan in such an impressionable position. Just so everyone is aware this review was placed on ABC's website on 12/06/18 however,it was removed soon after. Who manages this store? Anyone? The place feels like a truck stop or crappy 7-11. The shelves are poorly stocked, the music is loud and obnoxious and the only time you encounter a staff member is when they walk in front of you with an annoyed look like you're in their way. What selection there is left on the shelves is horrible: crappy, low quality American beers and junk side imports you've never heard of. 3 to 4 years ago, this store was never like this. I will not be returning. Come to think of it, most of Kissimmee is now this way. Time to start going toward Lake Nona with my money. read more

We were looking for Bourbon Cream. They had 1 bottle. The cashier told us that they would order us 12 bottles, as was our request. We were advised that our order would be in Thursday. Thursday came and went. We called them. They advised us that we must have missed the order date as the order did not come in. I gave my name and phone and told them to please call us Thursday. I've attended numerous ABC wine tastings, and the one last night at the Loop location was the worst one ever. It's been apparent that the quality of the wines in the wine tastings has been declining, but last night it hit a new low. Not even a few more expensive, quality wines were interspersed with the low end variety. The event was not very well attended and I wonder if the word is getting around that they are no longer good value for money and worth attending. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have been a customer of ABC for several years and I have never encountered a scenario like what took place today. So first, I must warn all customers to watch this retailer and their pricing. Because of their poor operational upkeep I had to literally pay the price. I was shopping for a house warming party and was gathering various drinks in the ABC on John Young...I gathered a $35 bottle of red wine, a mixed vodka and a better quality vodka. I noticed a 750 ml bottle of Belvedere for $19.99...I said wow great deal....Well when I got to the register to pay I noticed that it was ringing up for $ 26.99....So I pointed it out to the cashier.....I walked her over and showed her the price tag....She looked at the tag and she said it was for some other brand....I said to her but you guys stocked 6 bottles directly in front of the tag.... So warning everyone be careful these folks at this store have ZERO quality control so you have to watch prices. I explained to her that it is not right that I was driven by the price directly in front of the bottle and now I am required to pay more....I asked to speak to the manager because she said there is nothing she could do....So out comes a Matt....He must be all but 22 years old with no professional tact....After I explain the scenario he says yeah....in these exact words...."People move tags around to benefit them".... I was thrown back...This kid was basically insinuating that I moved the tag....really....if I was going to do that I would have done that on the $35 bottle of wine.... I have been a loyal customer to ABC.....Corporate officials look me up and you will see that I have spent thousands at ABC for parties, events, etc....First, I will never shop at any location again....Second I deserve an apology from ABC for their barely legal asst. mgr accusing me of switching tags...I will be calling the state of Florida next to have them check this retailers pricing accuracy....I have Publix liquor store 2 blocks from my house....I'm done with ABC read more

Store is neat and clean. Found what I wanted a beer from England. The assistant manager was a Bitch and dictates her employees while she just stood there and ignored her customers. The manager in training was very helpful and found me what I wanted. Seems like the roles should be switched. read more
