I love the food here but on a recent visit almost all the Seabra employees were not wearing masks. The customers followed along. Also disappointing is the food bars close at 5 PM weekdays and 6 PM on weekends. I think this is a good option if you don't feel like cooking but because the food is shut down before dinner time you have to plan ahead.

2.75-3 stars. I've been here a few times & unfortunately wasn't able to give this Brazilian grocery store 5 stars. Two traits that I highly regard in a business are their customer service and quality of product(s)-- I found Seabra Foods lacking in both. For the pros: * nice grocery store that sells a plethora of perhaps "hard to find" products. * very organized with everything in its place which is a big plus * easy to navigate * has attached cafe and juice bar For the cons: * although highly organized the fruit & produce is definitely not the freshest. I'm not sure if the are low volume store that don't turnover product as much- but I found some potatoes with mold, shriveled cucumber, wilted vegetables to name a few. Very unfortunate :( * as for customer service, well no one was rude/had an attitude... but no one said hi, no one asked if I needed help, the cashier didn't even say hello (even when I greeted her). Granted I believe basically everyone only spoke Portuguese so they might've been uncomfortable speaking to me in English- which I can understand. But a genuine smile breaks any language barrier! I think the only reason I'd go back is to try the different brigadeiro cakes-- even with their hefty $10 price tag lol.

I really like their buffet food. It's really good. They have a diversity of grocery from Brazil, other countries from South America and from Portugal, like wines and olive oil. They maintain the floor cleaned and the store organized.

I've found a store, that has become one of my new favorite grocery stores to shop at. It's an ethnical food retail store, that features products from countries all over the world, like Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and many more countries. They offer a vast selection of items that you will never find in everyday grocery stores. It is a very unique place, with many unique items. The produce, dairy, bakery, and meat departments offer several fresh selections per item. They also offer a large selection of prepared food (hot, or cold, sweet, or savory) to chose from.

im very disappointed because they put in the label the beef and pay another price , and we We realized this, when we were at home. We went to make the claim days later and we took the product, the person in charge of customer service said that the labeling date of the meat did not coincide with the purchase date, which has no relationship, finally the supervisor said that he would refund us the difference. and she literally subtracted the two values without taking into account the taxes, something arbitrary because we do not buy on the street, it is an established business. to leave context and that we must review the receipts, always.

A really cool local ethnic grocery store. Primarily Brazilian-based. The store is organized very well so where people who don't speak Portuguese can understand where everything is. Everything is reasonably priced considering everything is imported. There is a section of hot food buffet and a dining room you can eat at. There is also wine available at the café. Lots of neat stuff, it is very clean and easy to navigate. There is a custom meat department and a fridge raider with larger portions of meat for family or party size meals. Very much like Luckys market which was previously closed, just everything is Brazilian/South American now! If you are used to bravo or Sedano's which is more Caribbean Hispanic-based, you might not find the same items.

H Mart is the only place in orlando that carries TOKYO BANANA…read more Tokyo Banana is a Banana cake twinkie with real banana custard inside. It is known to be a popular souvenir if you ever visit Tokyo Japan and they say they sell these in limited areas and at the airport of Tokyo. These are stored in the chest freezer cooler on the floor. They are usually $14.99 but they were on sale for $12.99 the time I got them. I heard these are $7.99 in Tokyo LOL. Anyway this day it was crowded and they had a few floor samples of items they sell. Some were dumplings, rice cake soup, hawaiian juices as examples. I was in and out cause of the crowds but I snatched packets of miso soup, the Tokyo Banana and rice crackers. Hmart offers a rewards program so sign up when you can to get couppns etc! I always enjoy shopping here but it can get overwhelming and crowded. As far as ready to eat foods - I heard the meat bento boxes some are spoiled tasting. But the Kimbap I have enjoyed. So just be mindful of the meat bentos.

Eventually, I settled on a Korean BBQ called Myung Ga. I wanted to get Bulgogi Bimbimbap. I will admit that the person behind the register was not overly friendly or welcoming. However, I believe the woman running the kitchen and potentially the owner was very friendly. The food there was resonably priced for what you get for $18. As for the store itself, it is huge, with so much to see and browse. They have a huge selection of pretty much everything and anything Asian. We picked up a few things because we were unfortnately in a rush. We wished we had scheduled more time here to explore. I ate one of their pre-made lobster rolls last night, and it was very tasty! I will be back again to actually browse each aisle and pick up more items.

I wanted to write an update mostly because of the fact that another, very popular market opened…read moredown the street and a lot of people have been bypassing Lotte in favor of it. (You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Lotte Plaza Market is not your typical supermarket--it's an entire experience. From the moment you…read morepull in, one thing becomes clear: this place operates on a completely different scale. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.

The hot bar with the daily specials (they change daily- please don't expect the full menu, as it is fresh ingredients!) opens at 11am, and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. You can also order catering sizes of some items- I called on a Monday for a short notice potluck the coming Thursday, and got a small, 50 pc catering order of Lumpia. The lumpia came with sweet chili sauce, and I was able to also buy a bottle of banana ketchup. Everyone loved the lumpia, and it was a great way to share my heritage. I am a mixed heritage first gen Filipino American, and even though I don't speak Tagalog because my father never taught us, I felt welcomed immediately and the foods I have gotten here made me feel like I was genuinely back with my family and the foods I grew up with my paternal family serving. So the price hikes has been affected with the hot dishes and so forth. I am not sure about dry goods. A small kare kare which is not all oxtail meat btw is $9.50 - I think if its all oxtail charge that but if I see pcs of cubed meat then you are cheating customers. The serving grandma who serves and packs food barely uses gloves and at times I have seen her fingers touch the food. They need to train the lady to use gloves when serving foods. I have noticed they do not sell or cook much food on weekends any more perhaps the pricing. Sisig is $9 from the cooler section. It needed more onions when I bought it last time. This is one of the best sellers btw. I will still support De Guzman but the price increased has slowed me down going here. My go to are the chicken afritada, dinuguan, kare kare, palabok, bilo bilo, mechado and caldareta. The pineapple chicken is not bad either. The house made lumpia are not good. I prefer brand name frozen lumpias. So far they are still closed on Tuesdays until further notice.
