After facing persistent and complicated boiler problems, and having already spent a considerable amount with other firms, I turned to ABC heating as a final attempt. They resolved my issues with utmost professionalism. Turned up on time, efficient, and the trust worthiness stood out. Their approach of identifying and addressing the root cause to problems is unparalleled to other gas firms, and trust me I've used a fair few! Had a boiler leak last week and arranged for ABC to visit and diagnose the problem. Was charged a £70 call out fee for the first 30 mins. Engineer spent around an hour and was charged a £100 to fix the problem. Only problem was the boiler wasn't fixed! I then contacted them to say the leak wasn't fixed and was told that the leak was coming from a part they had tightened and they would contact the boiler manufacturer. A week later and no response. If you have a plumbing problem I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

ABC Installed a new Boiler in my 3 bedroom House. I will start out by saying I was very happy with the work ABC completed. They worked very hard to get my heating up and running over the recent cold snap as I had a baby in the house. The work was all very professionally completed, he undertook all the required, test, liaison with Transco to update the gas meter, sourcing the parts at very competitive prices, and cleaning up after himself. I found him to very clean and the quality of his work was very high, the pipe work was all very neat and tidy and he took time to ensure I understood the operation of my new system. Main thing was he did not take the easiest option and always took my wishes into account, even when it meant more work for himself. So I am very happy with my new heating system and the service provided by ABC plumbing and would definitely recommend them. Work completed, removal of old tank system, installation of new gas line, new Combi boiler, and changing of all radiators in the house. read more

Great Service by AL at ABC Plumbing and Heating. I called him when I had issues with British Gas! What a nightmare they were. After paying BG so much, they left me and my family in the cold. Lucky I found Al on google who resolved the fault the same day when BG tried for a month. They said I needed a new boiler, but Al assured me my current boiler has many years left. :) I cant recommend him highly enough. read more
