Unlike other service companies that claim to be 24/7 and are not, KTH not only answered the phone, they were helpful and cheerful and polite too. Even though there were many urgent situations in the field caused by the storm, my plumbing was fixed before noon that same day. Very non comital when we are able to get hold of him and regularly not getting back to us when he says he will. I have lost trust in Adam and AJ Plumbing and heating and will not use them again. As mentioned, if you are able to get him to commit and turn up he is good. The unreliability is the disappointing bit for me.
