I called and in a couple weeks I was penciled in considering I live an hour north of Knoxville. Gary came out and repaired my Spa from the 90s. He was able to troubleshoot heating components that were obsolete and had parts on hand to complete the job. Not only that but the pump was Jerry rigged and he was able to repipe and replace! Gary came over to diagnose why my hot tub pump would not work. He spent about an hour looking at different possibilities, then informed me that I needed a new motor unit...a Balboa. He seemed a bit confused as to why the pump was not working, but that was his only explanation. He charged me $145 to do approximately nothing. I ordered the pump and received it several days later. When I contacted him for installation, I was pushed back for over a month. Then all of a sudden, his "tools were stolen" and he was not available. I offered use of my tools, as I have an extensive set, but he would never commit. Finally, weeks later, he told me that he would be in a place to be able to come out the beginning of this week. When we arrived at the middle of the week, without hearing from him, I texted if he would be doing the work. His response, again, was that his tools were stolen and he did not know when he would be available. I stated that if he could not schedule a date, I would have to look elsewhere for services...and that is when he became a total jerk. He told me that my tools were "useless to a professional" and that what I might post on social media is "strictly B******t". When I called him out on his rudeness, his response was "s**k it". This guy is disgusting, rude and vile. He has a testosterone issue thinking he is such an alpha and would not stop texting me until I told him that he could not control his "stupid self". Wow...Gary is friendly, honest, and charges a fair price for his work! I am so happy I found this man. The first repair guy charged me $940. and never fixed the leak. Gary came over this afternoon and fixed both leaks in 2 hours. If you are looking for an honest repair person to fix your hot tub, call him. read more

called gary on Monday he was there at 4pm Monday, the pump/motor needed replace but there were some alarm issues he hadn't seen before. Next day he showed up fixed all the issue and pump/,motor installed. great work good guy price was good. recommend this company if u have a spa period. calling somebody else will be wasting your time. read more
