Went here after a disastrous experience another shop down the road I decided to give this place a try. There was no wait time at all. The shop was quite and fast and helpful. Sunny answered all of my questions and got my prints done quickly and easily. He was a pleasure to work with and I was in and out in under 20 min. I had several RFP's this past month and needed to have all the materials printed on a certain quality of paper, bound and packaged. Jennifer was meticulous with every detail and the resulting package was beautiful. In addition to identifying the appropriate papers for the content and covers, the printing and packaging, she followed all the instructions for the RFPs. And put them in a box and labeled it for delivery. The first RFP had to be couriered, and ABC did a great job with that as well. We won both RFPs! And they were an important part of our team. When I walked in, I was told that my standard, 8.5X11, normal copy paper color print job would run me .39 cents a sheet. It wasn't until the job was finished that they told me about an extra "Processing Fee", which almost doubled the cost of the job. This "Process" was a guy putting my USB into his computer, and clicking print on my PDF files. There was nothing to "process". I will not be returning. I could buy my own printer with what it would cost to make just a few trips here. read more

Hmm! I'm puzzled by the negative reviews, this place is fantastic! I'm a professional commercial artist and have been coming here to print since I was a student, as have many of my friends and colleagues. I've been just about everywhere in ATL to print and this place is the best. Everyone there is a qualified printing expert and is very patient and helpful. I go here for small jobs as well as to bind books, print posters and print on canvas -- actually, if anyone needs canvas prints this is the place -- it's only $7/ft, and high quality! This place has pretty fast turnaround. If I drop a large scale print project off in the morning they usually have it ready by lunch or at least by EOD. Once or twice someone stayed after hours with me to help with a hard deadline when they could have totally kicked me out. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their computers are slow and outdated. Come on guys, you rent space on West Peachtree, you can afford to upgrade at least a few machines! The printing equipment itself is top notch but it can take them up to 10 minutes to transfer a few 1gb - sized files off a flash drive to their workstations. Not the best when you need to do a few test prints and the parking is only 30min. Bottom line, highly recommend it because of great value, fast turnaround and knowledgeable staff. read more
