It was the biggest nightmare I have ever been through regarding a windshield replacement. I was told I could not put in Original Equipment and pay the different per Auto Owners from the agent who made me make all the calls to Safelite and wanted nothing to do to handle my claim. I found out after from the windshield installer that the law says I should have been allowed to put in the OEM and pay the difference. My dealer now says they will not warranty anything around the windshield since it's not OEM. This was an incredible nightmare for a simple windshield replacement. I am now looking for a new insurance agency after only one year. Especially since both auto and home went up significantly. My house is rated to a Cat 5.

I tried to change the tire myself but I couldn't break the lug nuts, when the AAA driver finally got there ( over 1 hour when I first called) he tried breaking the lug nuts and he couldn't do it. He towed me to a tire place and I bought new tires. I have been a AAA member for 29 years and have never been disrespected like I was today ever!
