Now I'm getting letters from debt collector's claiming I owe Auto-Owners hundreds of dollars because Chapman's never informed them of my cancellation of the policies. The best decision I ever made was switching to Progressive. I'm getting better coverage for less than half what Chapman's had provided.

I tried to change the tire myself but I couldn't break the lug nuts, when the AAA driver finally got there ( over 1 hour when I first called) he tried breaking the lug nuts and he couldn't do it. He towed me to a tire place and I bought new tires. I have been a AAA member for 29 years and have never been disrespected like I was today ever!
