I needed my taxes done in a relative hurry!!! Tax filing date was a week away. I had just received my tax info in the mail, unopened. I had sent the same info to my out of town CPA, 30 days earlier, but she never received the package. Apparently my tax info had spent the last 30 days adrift within the US Postal service. Horrors!!! I read the Yelp reviews, all excellent for this business, and called hoping they could work me into their very busy schedule. They not only worked me in but also were very thorough in asking for all possible deductions and needed receipts, even working after hours to help me out. No extension was even suggested. We recently sold our home, and purchased a new home. Seems like agents don't know what they're doing sometimes. My insurance got canceled because of THEIR mistake. Waste of time.
