been with the company for over five years, they actually had reached out to me to switch from State Farm, I've never had a claim other than glass, have two cars and a house with them. I bought a new house. It was an older one in Suncity, they said they couldn't insure it do to age of 1967 structure. now my insurance being jacked up almost $60 a month which is $720 more a year. I'm retired told the, I can't afford that. They said it is what it is because I no longer have a house insured with them, even though they're the ones that told me they couldn't insure it. They say they're the good hands people!!! bull $#it. I'm so disgusted, that I spent all of my money with this company that has no loyalty. No accidents in 35 years and they tell me my $224 a month for two 2, ten year old cars. read more

Through a roof contractor, we applied for a claim to repair our roof. It as denied. We went through another roofing company and paid out of pocket for the repair ourselves. Why then would Allstate put on the record that the roof repair went through youChecking into this, we're told that this supposed repair through Allstate will remain on the record books for 3 to 5 years. Now, no other company will accept us as new insurers/clients because of this false statement by Allstate. Is Allstate allowed to make false statements like this BAD BUSINESS...... read more

This group gets 0/5 if I could put NO STARS I would!!! I got a new vehicle and found a new, less expensive auto insurance so I attempted to cancel my All State policy. This change took place in the beginning of November 2021. It took 3 times of contact via email and maybe about 2 phone calls to the Craig Pretzinger Insurance company (my agents) for someone to actually do anything about the cancellation. My policy with Craig Pretzinger group was not canceled until the beginning of December, causing payment to be deducted from my bank account STILL at the end of November! When I finally made contact with a representative, Antonia Alvidrez, she reviewed the case and assured me that a refund would be issued within days and that I could call back on that Thursday or Friday to check the status of the refund. It it is JANUARY and I have yet to receive the refund only to find out that The Craig Pretzinger group tried to deduct another amount from my bank account, for THE WHOLE PREMIUM COST IN DECEMBER! Not only was that attempt made, the Craig Pretzinger group now has me OWING THEM $ and it has taken to collections!!!! My new policy with another insurance company started Nov 5,2021. The Craig Pretzinger group deducted an amount from my bank account on Nov 25,2021. Upon sending my declarations page I was told I'd get a refund that I am now being told that I have to PAY them!!! If you go with Allstate I pray you do not get this group and if you do, good luck with them when you have an issue that needs addressed! I have children to feed, why would I want to pay DOUBLE on anything let alone my car insurance! I gave proof of new insurance and this group will not refund my $. read more

Been with Allstate insurance for nearly 40 years and got put with this agency with none of my doings and have had nothing but problems with this agency employees. Owner will not return phone calls to solve any problems. Will not relinquish my policy's to another Allstate agency of my choice. Called the Allstate home office to advise of problems and Craig Pretzinger of Pretzinger Agency still will not return my calls. So guess what Craig Pretzinger due to the problems your agency has caused you have now lost 2 Life Insurance Policys 4 Auto Policys 1 Homeowners policy and a Commercial Business Policy to another company. Hope you didn't spend the renewal commissions yet because you will not be receiving them. read more

Amy was great at helping us when our own Allstate agents (Jemmie Wilson) were found to not be the most helpful. We needed a letter of experience - something stating we were not at fault for a claim we had in the past. Amy couldn't find the specific claim in her system but she called our assigned agent and made sure she got all of the info she needed so that we could get our letter. And talking to the people that work in the Jemmie Wilson office was not easy for her...we could tell, they are not the smartest but Amy was very poised. read more

I moved to Tucson 18 years ago and became a client of Allstate. I was in good hands under my original agent, Paul Broussard. Unfortunately, he retired a few years back & the Pretzinger Agency took over. I finally had my 1st interaction w/this office on Friday, Feb. 13th when I was supposed to have a telephonic appt. to go over my policy. When I didn't get the call, I called the office & was told by Monica that the woman who my appt was with was no longer there. Of course, my 1st thought was, "why didn't her appts go to someone who IS still there? (Strike 1) But I let it go & Monica was "supposedly" going to help me. She said she'd look into any possible savings, discounts, etc & would call me the following Monday, Feb. 16th. Monday came & when it was about 4 PM, I called the office & was told she was w/a client so I left a message for her to call me back. It never happened. (Strike 2). Under Mr Broussard's ownership, I never spoke to his staff. Just directly w/him & he provided excellent customer service. So when I had another issue, I thought in speaking directly w/Mr Pretzinger, I'd get the same level of service. After all, the agency is under his name. So I called on May 1st & had to leave a message for him. It's been over a week & again, I got nothing from that office. Being a long-time, loyal client, this has left me w/a bad 1st impression w/this agency. If this lack of service is what I get w/general questions, imagine if I had to file a claim! Now that I'm in bad hands w/Allstate, I'm going to have to start looking for a new agent.... read more
