I give the most useless description possible--like "I want something smooth but not too smooth... but also not scary"--and somehow she translates that into an actual, solid recommendation. Whole interaction felt like I got assigned a retail guardian angel for 5 minutes. Drink was actually good too, which is rare because I usually pick bottles based on vibes and font. Anyway, Cindy, YOU are carrying this location on your back. Promote her before another store tries to recruit her like it's free agency. 10/10, would absolutely trust her judgment again.
