Do not recommend at all. Didn't complete work as described in estimate. When I addressed it, they used the wrong paint! Took forever to get them to complete the work & even then they never actually did. They were messy, rude disorganized & had terrible communication. Im correcting all they messed up as I needed my house back! They left drips, didnt fully paint tops of interior door & windows trim & didnt clean up after themselves. Terrible work ethic, poor communication & cut corners wherever they could. Poor value for the money. Beware!!!!!!!!! read more

Scheduling with this company was a real Shit Show. I was told that they would call to confirm a date and then they sent a repair crew to my home anyway. I sent them away. I talked with Tony at the office about the mis-scheduling. Tony has the personality of a shit sandwich with no bread. We finally agreed on a date that I would be home for the work crew. The day came with no workers showing up. I had to call and remind Tony about our previous phone conversation concerning their schedule commitment. The workers arrived at 10:00 AM. After two days of work the job was rushed to get completed by 4:00 PM. The crew left a mess that took me and my wife two hours to clean up. The repair and painting crew were adequate in their job of sheet rock repair and painting. The cleanup was substandard. There was paint splattered on the floors, furniture and light fixtures. I sent an email with photographs of the complaint to ABC Painting addressed to Tony, the same name that was on my invoice, and I never received anything back. ABC Painting couldn't care less. I called the office and I was told "Well, guys don't cleanup as well as women do." Their management was not interested in hearing about my complaint. They only wanted to get paid. They had painted for me previously and I did not have any problems. We had a large 2000 Square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms and it cost us 3500 or so for the entire house and 3 days of painting, and everything turned out beautiful it took no time to get a quote and for them to scheduled the work. I recently purchased a much smaller home at about 1400 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and was quoted 2700. They only gave themselves 2 days for the job which was still a 3 day job. So they had to come a week later to complete the painting by finishing the ceiling which was either a miscommunication or misunderstanding I'm not quite sure why they didn't paint the ceiling to being with? The quote included the ceiling. But everything was easily corrected and they have wonderful prices and do beautiful work, its worth being patient and persistent with them. read more

What can I say. Horrible customer service and shitty work!!!! My 7 year old could've done a better paint job. They painted my front doors the wrong color, brushed part of it rolled part of it, very noticeable and closed the door while still wet and ripped off the weather stripping so now the door looks worse than it did originally. They power washed my house and apparently didn't notice the doggy door and soaked the inside pergo flooring. They apparently painted my deck too but that looks so bad I didn't even notice it was done. Very disappointed. I DO NOT recommend these guys!!!! read more

We contacted them for a price quote. They came back very reasonable and were on site a day later to power wash. Within a week we had selected our colors and over a 2 day period the house and deck were completed. They did a wonderful job. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them and would certainly use them again. read more

Our realtor gave us a few painting contractors to check out. ABC is who we decided to go with. They were to paint 1350 sqft living space, as well as the trim. Much of the sprayer work was good. The detail work was poorly done. The taping was not well done in many trim corners, and many baseboards are uneven. Spaces that required brushwork (like between a door frame and the thermostat) were blotchy with missing spots. They also missed a walk in closet entirely. The worst of it is they did an extremely poor job of cleaning up after themselves. Dried paint on every bathroom mirror, every sink fixture and a ring of paint in every tub. Even the kitchen sink was covered in paint. Some of the laminate floors had paint spots, and the front entry carpet did too, and so did the fireplace tiles and vents. They also lost one of our valence covers for the blinds (where the heck am I going to find a replacement for that thing?). Still waiting for them to come back and touch up as they promised... They said they would come 'tomorrow' - for over a WEEK now. Unfortunately, we don't have a say in paying them - as the realtor is the go between. If I did, I would knock off 15% due to failure in the details. read more

I cannot recommend this company. They are completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and discourteous. I called for weeks to inquire about a picture of my house with corresponding paint chips I had dropped off. This was for a revised estimate. For four weeks, I was told somebody would be getting back to me to same day every time I called. I had gone down to the business and somebody was inside with their dogs there, but would not answer the door. When I finally was able to catch someone in person, I find that everything I had left with them had been lost or misplaced. Rather than addressing it, they just never called me back. I have wasted four weeks of time trying to get my house painted. In this amount of time, I could've done the work myself. If you attempt to hire this company, you will be disappointed. read more

I have had ABC painting do painting projects at 2 separate homes now, and both turned out fantastic. The crew went above what I asked in patching some of the holes before painting, they were quick and thorough, and they were priced well. I am incredibly happy with how both projects turned out and will definitely be using them again for future needs. read more

This company was referred to us by our real estate agent. She was happy with their pain job and competitively priced. Unfortunately for us, we called on three separate occasions to meet with someone to get us a quote. The first time the girl said she will have her guy who will be in the area meet with us and call us when he is nearby but he never showed up or called. We called and she said she thought he came by. She then said she will get In touch with someone and call us back. We never heard from them again being that we were going into the weekend I gave it until Monday afternoon to make another follow up call. We were told again she will have someone call us back and they never did. I called them again that same week on Friday but no answer. I thought I would call in to talk to a manager one last time not to use them but to atleast let the manager/owner know about their lack luster customer service their staff was giving but guy on the other end instead of appologizing, stated he couldn't get someone to call me back until at least Monday. I gave up on these folks since they have no clue. We were told they stay busy because of the demand but I think it isn't good if you've gotten to big for your britches. Whoever has better luck of getting them to actually come out, provide a bid and service then by all means kudos. I gave them ample opportunities to rectify the situation but always left me hanging. It makes me wonder if they actually did work for me, is this the treatment I should expect also? read more

We recently had ABC Painting do several painting projects for us: a garden/storage shed in our back yard, some exterior trim on our house that had peeled, and some interior painting that included a tray ceiling and numerous drywall repairs throughout the house that needed repainting. Yes, there was some miscommunication (perhaps due to language differences) but that was cleared up and rescheduled. They did a beautiful job on everything and properly prepped the trim work before painting (scraping off the peeling paint). They put down protection for the floors and furniture as well. The storage shed looks great and exactly matches our house paint. Tray ceiling is fantastic! They were able to paint the drywall repairs and feathered out the edges so they did not have to completely repaint a couple of wall. You can't tell at all where the repainting was done. Clean-up was well-handled and the supervisor came over several times to check on progress and make sure everything was going as planned. The two painters worked diligently throughout the day. They did have to come back and finish a couple of details but it was done promptly and we are very satisfied. They would be the first painters we would call should we ever need more painting done. read more

The price is good but my opinion with this company is that you get what you pay for. They didn't show up the day they we're supposed to meet me for a quote. I called them and they made a mistake and said they would send someone out the next day. The next day, the guy was 45 minutes late. Of course both day's I left work early to meet the guy and they could care less about that or the impact it caused me. Then they emailed me the quote but didn't put a price on the quote. Then the day they showed up, the first thing they did was break a window. They promptly fixed it but i'm still finding glass in my yard... Then they wouldn't paint the exterior portion of the window sills that you have to open the window's to access. They we're the old color and the guy reluctantly painted them after I asked multiple times (which they reminded me later that they did a favor for me by painting them). The other quotes I got all told me they would paint this portion. Then they painted my front porch a different color. It took me three calls to get an answer to which they first told me that it wasn't a different color (though it clearly was). Then they told me they use a different paint made for porches that doesn't wear out and they couldn't exactly match the color and by using that paint, so they we're doing me a favor. Then they didn't finish painting the front of my house to which I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to show up to finish it. They have my money though... Overall the paint job looks good, you just have to constantly manage these guys and that's what you get for the price. read more
