Our daughter is autistic and needed to reup on meds and she absolutely refused to see us because we showed up two minutes late. Then she decided to hide behind her receptionist because she's too afraid to come face to face with someone and explain her pathetic reason behind it. I would definitely give one star had it been an option. The pros however are the drs that aren't her were very pleasant. The nurses are great and actually cared more about my kids than Dr. Wright ever did. The facility is clean and maintained and the lobby is relaxing enough to wait in.

He had to call off work, pick our daughter up from daycare, and still got turned around at the door. When I questioned why the call kept dropping and said, "Are you acting like you can't hear me?" Ms. Raquel / Ms. Rachel suddenly came back on the line with a rude attitude and falsely accused me of calling her a name--even though I was speaking to people in the background. Instead of remaining professional, she escalated the situation by threatening me, telling me to "come say it to her face," and when I arrived to unenroll my children, she said, "Ain't you coming to look for the h?"**--continuing to provoke and disrespect me. When I asked her to step outside so we could talk calmly, she refused and continued being unprofessional behind the counter. Management also made no effort to listen to my side or address her behavior. I unenrolled my children and left. I would NOT recommend this pediatrics office to anyone--not even my worst enemy. Unable to see a child in pain and experts in bad behavior towards parents scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. It was entered in their system as 11:15, and I -- the parent who booked it -- never received a confirmation. We arrived three minutes past the grace period for a time we hadn't agreed to, and our sick toddler was refused care. My child was in visible pain with a worsening infection and was never assessed or even looked at. No other physician was offered, no referral, no urgent-care suggestion. The front desk and office manager spent the time arguing with us about the clock rather than showing any concern for the sick child in front of them. This wasn't a one-off. Getting a timely sick visit with the MD has consistently been difficult, despite the practice advertising same-day sick visits. Zero compassion. If you need a pediatrician who will actually see your child when they're sick, look elsewhere. We've moved our care.

This is a simple procedure that can certainly be done at a regular clinic. Does he do this with all his patients so he doesn't have to actually practice medicine? If we ever use this place again, we will make sure to try a different provider since he cannot be bothered. There should not be a wait when you're one of the first appointments of the day either. I cannot recommend Dr. Van highly enough. I've never felt more comfortable with medical care/advice for my two children than i did with her. High EQ, super high IQ + data driven, and just cares about the wellbeing of the kids she sees. Not going to lie, our first appointment was borderline intimidating -- Dr. Van can sometimes speak fast, and drops a lot of knowledge on you in a very short period of time. But, she is extremely thorough and her standard of care is top notch -- exactly what your children deserve to help them thrive! I now have an even greater appreciation for this as we moved and had to switch providers multiple times. Sadly, I have yet to find someone that I feel is a thorough and knowledgeable as Dr. Van.
