The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. Will definitely be looking forward to renting with them in the future. The communication issue i had previously was addressed and they seem to fixed that.

They decided on a local restaurant that they met and frequent. Most of the items we needed were an easy find on Amazon, however the prices of things like linens and other necessities were not an option to buy. We tried a few party rental places and first stop couldnt comprehend our vision, 2nd stop couldnt give us samples or meet our budget idea. 3rd stop was a charm! We found Erica with Ace Rentals. They are very local to us. She understood what we were looking for she figured out what we needed she fit our budget! We bugged the heck out of her but she was always there for us. Every phone call was returned and every need was filled. We didnt have to be left figuring things out for ourselves like what table linens fit what table and how to fit what where. We had a last minute need for a 40x60 tent! Thats no easy request for a Friday night wedding! Ace went and measured the location on a Friday and we had the numbers on Monday. At first the tent was very plain. Our daughter hated it! We then decided to add all the bells and whistles. This included ceiling draping, side draping and lighting. They made it happen and it was beautiful. The weather was calling for straight downpour and it did! Just the day before we had to add additional sides for our waterfront wedding. They were there the morning of the event and added the additional sides to complete the tent. I know this is a lot of information. My point is to say that Ace Rental is the best! The prices were better than 2 others. Their setup, tables and chairs and linens were beautiful! With the worst weather we had the best of everything. As long as the bride and groom were happy we all did our jobs right.

And my location has changed to my home in Glen Burnie. How early on Wednesday am I able to have things delivered? Her: Good morning 1st please don't ask me how early on Wednesday will I be there on a Monday and your event is in the following wk you make me think I messed up We'll confirm the delivery time the day before and I need the address and event time As of that wasn't rude enough, when she dropped off the items that I rented for my event which was at 7:30 pm. She asked what time would my event be over. I advised her that it would be over at 11:40-12 but that I would however have everything broke down and ready for her to pick up the following morning. However she insisted coming to my house after midnight on a Wednesday night to pick up the items. I personally would not use her again based off my experience. **UPDATE** Her response is that it's her policy to pick up same day however as a customer I would have liked to have known that when i booked the service. FURTHERMORE, a review on Facebook stated that she picked up days later with no hassle so someone isn't being honest.

I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I checked out their website and saw they had everything from fancy chairs and tables to floral arches and special event items. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after.
